ERMEL LAW FIRM P.A. is dedicated exclusively to the practice of Florida real estate law and real estate related matters such as bankruptcy.  The concentration of our practice is real estate contract drafting and negotiation, title policy issuance and closing, construction litigation, lease drafting and disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, foreclosure defense litigation and bankruptcy. 

Today's real estate market has reached historically distressed levels, as Florida is experiencing an unprecedented volume of properties flood the market everyday.  In our neighborhoods, we see For Sale signs everywhere...we hear how foreclosure rates in Florida have skyrocketed since 2007.  Palm Beach County is amongst the highest ranking counties in Florida in terms of number of properties in foreclosure.  Our Courts struggle to keep up with the avalanche of foreclosure cases litigated, and our judicial system is bogged down due to an oversupply of cases in comparison to the manpower available to process them.
